As you know, we traveled to the Middle East last summer to create the film, From the Eyes of Hope. You may know Anna and I quite well… especially if you followed our updates from the trip or saw our "Making Of" video. We wanted to take this post to introduce you to the rest of the crew who helped us with the film.
Scott- Well, Scott didn’t actually go to the Middle East with us. That’s why he’s photoshopped into this lovely photo. BUT, without him, the film would not be what it is. He did the music. If you have seen the film, you have a taste of his incredible talent. Scott worked with Anna and I last August as we edited the film… he put up with a lot. We are so thankful for his talent and selfless contribution to the film. Oh, and he’s my brother! (Check out “The Making of the Music”).
Marie- L’artiste bonne. I think that’s right… Anyways, Marie is Anna’s sister. If you saw the film, she did the artwork at the end. If you haven’t seen the film, words cannot do justice to how powerful this piece was. The artwork did a wonderful job of bringing the film together in the conclusion. She is a great artist and her passion for art and the Middle East was the perfect contribution to the film project.
Jon- Ah.. Jon was a great addition to the crew. He is Anna’s brother. Having Jon on the trip was the best thing Anna and I could have asked for. When Anna and I were frustrated with each other (believe it or not), Jon would always settle things down somehow. I think he has magical powers. It could be his comedic relief… or maybe his sleeptalking. Jon also captured lovely footage and photos for the creation of the project
